Friendship. Compassion. And that every thing you do in life has consequences, which affects relationships and how others view you in the future.
I'm not a fan of RPGs (having only played action games with minimal RPG elements in them), but dang... the choices you can make in an RPG sorta reflects the choices you can make in real life too, huh.
E.g. in Undertale, you have a choice to fight or act/talk a monster out of battle.
In real life, you have a choice to shout back at an angry friend, or hold your emotions back and talk to them in a more empathetic manner.
